MANAKABU accepts supported prepaid payment methods through Razorpay and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability.

Prepaid orders

Prepaid payments are processed through the available payment gateway. Payment methods displayed at checkout may vary.

You must provide accurate payment information and authorize the payment before the order can be processed.

Payment authorization, settlement, and refunds may be subject to the terms and processing procedures of the relevant payment provider or financial institution.

MANAKABU does not request your banking passwords, card PIN, or other confidential authentication credentials through ordinary customer-support communications.

Cash on Delivery orders

COD is available where the option is offered at checkout and the delivery location is supported.

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and pay the applicable order amount when delivery is completed.

Repeated fraudulent orders, intentional misuse of COD, or other suspected abuse may be reviewed, subject to applicable law.

Any restriction on future orders will be handled reasonably and will not override applicable consumer rights.

7. Shipping and Delivery

MANAKABU currently delivers within India to serviceable PIN codes.

Our usual order-processing and dispatch target is 1–2 business days, although processing may occasionally take longer due to operational circumstances.

Our estimated delivery time is approximately 5–8 business days, subject to the delivery location, courier service, weather, operational disruptions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by incorrect addresses, unsuccessful delivery attempts, courier delays, public holidays, or other logistical circumstances.

If a significant delivery issue occurs, please contact our support team with your order ID so we can help investigate.

Nothing in this section excludes any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched.

To request cancellation, contact MANAKABU as soon as possible and provide your order ID.

Cancellation is subject to confirmation that the order has not already been dispatched.

For an approved cancellation of a prepaid order, any refund due will be processed to the original payment method or otherwise handled as required by applicable law.

For COD orders, no prepaid product-payment refund is ordinarily necessary if no payment has been collected.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available through this pre-dispatch cancellation process. This does not affect any applicable statutory cancellation, return, refund, or other consumer rights.
